Direct:Training and Direct:Support

Annual Subscription

The annual subscription allows Remote Training and/or Remote Support for a given number of hours per year.
This subscription runs from the date of ordering.
Full subscription details and a time log sheet are sent upon receipt of an order.

Direct:BRONZE level

Annual subscription. Remote Training and/or Support up to two hours maximum per year.

Direct:SILVER level

Annual subscription. Remote Training and/or Support up to six (6) hours maximum per year.
Up to 1 hour extended period allowed.

Direct:GOLD level

Annual subscription. Remote Training and/or Support up to 14 hours maximum per year.
Up to 2 hours extended period allowed.

Direct: Pay As You Go

Direct: Pay As You Go allows you to obtain Training and Support as an when required without paying an annual subscription.

Use this to book training or support with GeoMEM as and when you need it.

The minimum charge covers up to an initial half hour, after which the hourly rate applies pro rata.

No payment is taken from your card until after the session when you will be advised of the session time and total charge.

Direct:Pay As You Go

Pay As You Go - single session request. Price shown is the Minimum charge (session time up to 30 minutes).
After the initial 30 minutes a rate of £60.00 per hour is charged (pro rata). So if the session lasts 45 minutes you pay: £35.00 + £15.00 = £50.00 (VAT must be added to these prices).
Dates and times will be confirmed by GeoMEM.
